1. Service Description

Ciero.ai provides AI-powered pricing analysis and recommendations for eBay sellers. Our service:

• Connects to your eBay seller account via OAuth
• Analyzes your listings and comparable items on eBay
• Provides AI-generated pricing recommendations
• Can update prices on eBay at your direction

2. Account Requirements

To use Ciero, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Have a valid eBay seller account
• Provide accurate account information
• Keep your login credentials secure

3. eBay Account Connection

By connecting your eBay account:

• You authorize Ciero to access your seller listings via eBay's API
• You authorize Ciero to update prices on your behalf when you approve changes
• You can disconnect your eBay account at any time through Settings
• Disconnecting will revoke Ciero's access to your eBay data

4. AI Recommendations Disclaimer

Important: Ciero's pricing recommendations are generated by artificial intelligence and are provided for informational purposes only.

• Recommendations are based on market data analysis but are not guaranteed to be optimal
• You are solely responsible for all pricing decisions on your eBay listings
• We recommend reviewing all AI suggestions before applying them
• Ciero includes safety thresholds to prevent extreme price changes, but you should verify all changes
• Market conditions can change rapidly; recommendations may not reflect current conditions

5. Your Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use Ciero in compliance with eBay's terms of service
• Not use the service for any illegal purposes
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer or abuse the service
• Review pricing changes before applying them to your listings
• Maintain accurate item information in your eBay listings

6. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service, but:

• Service may be interrupted for maintenance or updates
• Features may change or be discontinued
• eBay API availability affects our service functionality
• We do not guarantee 100% uptime

7. Pricing and Payment

Ciero is currently offered as a free service during our beta period. We may introduce paid features in the future, with advance notice to users.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Ciero is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for any losses resulting from pricing decisions based on our recommendations
• We are not liable for any eBay account issues, listing removals, or policy violations
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service (if any)

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ciero and its operators from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these Terms.

11. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.
